The Dutch 3-star chef Sergio Herman has worked together with the Flemish designer Sofie Lachaert to bring an extra dimension to the dishes in restaurant Oud Sluis. In this collaboration, special objects arise with solely one goal; to merge the dish and the object on which it's laying. ' (Horecatrends)

These artworks are put together for a special exhibition in Tielrode (Belgium) until the 8th of January 2012 and some of them can also be admired at Hoet, A. Dansaertstraat 97, 1000 Brussels.
